Paris has an inspiring personal journey rooted in her diverse background, beginning in Salt Lake City, Utah where she was born and raised. Growing up in Salt Lake City, Paris developed a deep sense of community and compassion, which later guided her academic and career choices.

Paris moved to Orange County in 2018 and began her career at South Shores Recovery in a direct client care position. Her empathetic nature and drive for excellence saw her excel in various roles within the organization. Today, as the Operations Director and Compliance Officer, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing talent acquisition, authoring facility policies and procedures, maintaining licensing and accreditation standards, and driving quality improvement initiatives. Her leadership is instrumental in creating an environment where guests receive exceptional care and are empowered to achieve lasting recovery. Her pursuit of higher education began at Saddleback College where she majored in Human Services. In her commitment to improving the quality of care in the behavioral health field, she transferred to Colorado State University where she currently studies Healthcare Administration and Management.

Paris is deeply passionate about her work and is committed to the belief that every guest deserves the best possible support and resources on their journey to recovery. Her goal is to foster a compassionate, high-quality care environment where every individual is equipped for success.
