Christina Tchamanian
Program Director, CADCII, CCS
Christina Tchamanian serves as the Program Director at South Shores Recovery and holds certifications as a CADC II and Certified Clinical Supervisor. Her work is guided by a deep belief that every person deserves to be met with dignity, compassion, and hope, especially during life’s most vulnerable moments.
With years of experience in substance use treatment and program development, Christina is passionate about creating evidence-based, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented programming that supports lasting healing.
She works closely with therapists, case managers, and support staff to ensure that care is not only clinically sound but also deeply personal and responsive to each individual’s needs. She has extensive experience supporting clients with co-occurring mental health challenges, individuals navigating relapse, and active duty service members, veterans, and military families.
As a clinical supervisor, Christina provides mentorship and support to case managers and support staff, helping them grow with confidence, integrity, and purpose. She believes that when staff feel supported and valued, they are better able to show up fully for the clients they serve.
At the heart of Christina’s work is a genuine love for people and a deep respect for each person’s story. She strives to make South Shores a place where clients feel safe to be honest, brave enough to grow, and supported enough to believe in themselves again. To her, recovery is not just about sobriety; it is about restoring hope, rebuilding trust, strengthening relationships, and rediscovering purpose.
Christina feels honored to walk alongside individuals and families on their journey toward healing and long-term recovery.
