Andrew, South Shores’ Operations Manager, has been with South Shores since the company’s inception in October 2015. Andrew oversees the company’s day to day operations, manages and hires all support staff, and works closely with Clinical to ensure that all of the guest needs are being met. Andrew is in recovery himself, has multiple years of continuous sobriety, and shares his experience, strength, and hope with the guests. Andrew has 10+ years of experience handling operations and logistics from previously working operations in the surfwear industry and as a district manager for a visual merchandising company. Andrew is one of South Shores’ most dedicated employees and was South Shores “Employee of the Year” for 2016.
